Getting Started
Creating Your Account
- Download HabitSpark from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the app and tap “Create Account”
- Enter your email and create a secure password
- Verify your email address
- Start tracking your habits!
Adding Your First Habit
- Tap the “+” button on the home screen
- Enter a name for your habit (e.g., “Read for 30 minutes”)
- Choose how often you want to track it
- Set a daily reminder (optional but recommended)
- Tap “Create Habit”
Frequently Asked Questions
Account & Profile
How do I change my email address?
Go to Settings > Account > Email and follow the verification process for your new email.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. Check your inbox for reset instructions.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will delete all your data.
Habits & Tracking
How do I edit a habit?
Tap on the habit from your list, then tap the edit icon (pencil) to modify name, frequency, or reminders.
What are streaks?
Streaks show how many consecutive days you’ve completed a habit. Keep your streak alive by checking in daily!
Can I track habits multiple times per day?
Yes! When creating or editing a habit, set the daily target to more than one.
How do I delete a habit?
Tap the habit, then tap the edit icon and scroll down to “Delete Habit”.
Notifications & Reminders
Why am I not receiving reminders?
Check that:
1. Notifications are enabled in your device settings
2. Reminders are turned on for the specific habit
3. Battery saver mode isn’t blocking notifications
How do I change reminder times?
Edit the habit and adjust the reminder settings.
Premium & Subscriptions
What’s included in Premium?
- Unlimited habits (free version has 3)

- Cloud backup and sync
- Ad-free experience
How do I manage my subscription?
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Follow the steps above to manage your subscription and select “Cancel”. You’ll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Contact them directly for refund requests.
Technical Issues
The app is crashing
Try these steps:
1. Make sure you have the latest app version
2. Restart your device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app
4. If the issue persists, contact support
My data isn’t syncing
1. Check your internet connection
2. Pull down to refresh
3. Log out and log back in
4. Contact support if the issue continues
I lost my data
If you were logged in, your data should be saved. Try logging in again. If you used the app without an account, the data may only be stored locally on your device.
